8cu ft refrigerator

I guess it depends on how many people you'll be traveling with and how you cook/store food. The TT I want comes with a 3.5 cubic ft fridge and I think that'll be adequate for 2 people over 7-14 days. I'll supplement it with a tiny chest freezer since quite a bit of cooking ahead. When camping I use the "fridge" for leftovers and fresh foods but I do a lot of meal planning in advance to assure little winds up in the garbage can. No more 8 different varieties of mustard when I camp, LOL.
