8cu ft refrigerator
What do you think a 8 cu ft refrigerator will be sufficient for extended period of camping.

Since you're on the full timing forum -
I said 'no way' when ordering my 5th wheel. I got the bigger double door model. I don't want to continually run an ice chest - means I need to get ice all the time.
My opinion - Things are different between 'camping' and 'full timing'. I never had an ice chest in my house so I don't have one in my 5th wheel. I carry more 'stuff' in my fridge then if I was camping for even a week or two.
Now I do like them for outside use when folks are sitting around the campfire. Just not as a full-time cooler to have instead of a larger fridge.
And the big variable is how many people are on your trips. More people may equal the need for a big fridge.
