McZippie, FYI, we fulltimed for 9 years in a big ole fiver and FL60, moved all over the country rarely staying more than 3 months in one place. Coast to coast every year and everywhere in between. We stayed in all weather, not just following the sun. We gave up the big house and the kids couldn't have cared less, in fact they loved visiting us in places they never would have gone. Readying for the road took about 30 minutes, less in an emergency.
Most fulltimers we know do the same....your observations are hogwash....you remind me of the guy who read one book, saw a video and suddenly was a farrier (horseshoer) He ruined a few horses before folks caught on and banned him from the farms !!!!
Go play in someone else's back yard......
X2...we have been moving around for 8 years in a 40 foot fiver, no issues staying anywhere...have many other full time friends that do the same...what BS!!
