Active Duty Retiring - Should I Full-Time?

Thanks for the responses everyone. Lots of food for thought. We are leaning toward setting a specific goal to have a certain amount in savings before completely retiring and going full time. This will allow us to feel secure financially while RVing but also provide funds for a stick and brick if we get tired of it and want to settle down. One of the biggest draws is that both of our kids are in college and will going off living their own lives. It would be nice to be able to go spend a few months with one, then pick up and spend a few months with the other, etc. But we don't want to be too poor to spoil the grand kids (once they get here), so we want to make sure we are as prepared as possible!
