I have a few more years before I get Medicare and I don't have a military, state, federal, or company health plan so I'm buying health insurance for my wife and me -- and it's pricey for decent coverage as I'm sure some of you know.
As a fulltimer, I want to keep costs down and I'm really not interested in debating the pros/cons of the Act, etc. However, I am very curious what the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has to offer me.
From what I can see, I'll be able to get similar coverage for less cost because we should be eligible for a subsidy to offset my health plan premium.
