No, it is not bad for everyone. Older, lower income are the big winners, which is a lot of people rv'ing.
However, there ARE lots of losers. Mostly younger, and middle age people. Premiums are going up, dr selection is limited, deductible are going thru the roof. Those losers, are paying much more, so some can be winners.
