For our personal/company needs I have decided to take a wait and see approach. BCBS gave us an option to renew early through 31 Dec 2014 with a 3% increase. That gave us a 15 month window at the time.
ACA will be different 12 months from now because today the law does not apply to most people due to so many special interests with exemptions until like 2015. Talking ACA today for most of us is a waste of time because nothing is in concrete yet. Many in this country do not work at a business with 50 or more people it does not apply EXCEPT the rates jumping catches us all in the hip.
