Many who are being notified are because the plans they are on don't meet minimum coverages of the ACA. So basically they had lousy plans.
Not true. We carried two plans. One for my wife providing maternity coverage and one for my son and I without maternity. The wonderful plan you reference requires me and my son to carry maternity coverage along with a list of other coverages we do not need.
