We have used checks that had a different address than our legal address a number of times. Mainly when we mail in a payment or such. We don't use our checks for everyday purchases if we can help it.
Scottiemom post is the same as we received from Dakota Post via email. No need to make a special trip to renew until your 5 year renewal is up. Nice to see a post that addresses the question rather than a flip and useless reply. JMHO
