Kyle86: The first thing you need to do is cut up those credit cards. Once you start using them, especially for large purchases/repairs, you'll never get out of debt. Credit cards are o.k. but only if you pay off the balance every month.
Instead of thinking about any kind of travel, take your RV to a larger city, plan to stay long-term (at least a year), both of you get a full-time job and save more money. Save. Save. Save. Good luck!
