I'm hearing a UPS Post Box at the UPS Store is one of the best for getting mail forwarding and such. Anyone have anything to add?
Each is a franchise. So it depends on the owners and how good of job they do. We moved from a downtown location to one closer to our house. Great people but very bad service. Language problem. They agree to everything over the phone. Then hang up the phone and move on to next call. 3 times in last 4 months they said they forward the mail when we called but didn't. So as most everything, else it depends on who is actually doing the work.
Don't forget to change addresses you don't think about everyday. We pay insurance yearly and got call couple weeks ago that their notice came back to them. AAA road service and couple others slipped by us that USPS forwarding had expired.
Do as much as you can on line but there is still a few things that are hard to get away from the mail. Maybe someday.
