Anyone fulltiming in a toyhauler?

We've been considering upgrading to a toy hauler for full timing as well. I work remotely and could use the garage as an office, then a large dining room for guest and even haul around a smart car for my wife so that we both have vehicles. My biggest issue is the plans we like have 18k GVW with 6k of cargo. With my new F-350 SRW I'm only rated to 16k. Ironically even with a 2k lb smart cat we'd never reach 6k of payload...
