Avoid Fidelity if you want to see your $$ again

Patriot Act has a provision allowing someone without a sticks and bricks house to name an alternative address for a point of contact. Had a number of other institutions ask for a non-PMB address, with no problem. Fidelity was refusing to allow for a POC address or anything other than proof of an actual sticks and bricks, with utilities paid for by the account holder. Far more than the Patriot Act requires.
