Best cell and data phone plans
We are looking for a good cell/data plan that works in Canada and the USA with no rooming charges and low data cost? Thanks in advance.

Check out Google Project Fi. I just started using it and so far it's been great. $20 per phone line, $10 per GB data, you only pay for the data you use. If you use 1.5 GB Google bills you $5 extra. No contracts.
