Many places in Florida are $2,000-$3,000 a month. We want/prefer paved roads and sites, no tree issues, etc., so we are drawn to more resort type places. We see $35 on the very low end and $80 on the higher end, but we have paid more. Just depends on when and where. I can't even fathom $10 a night. Not in this lifetime!
