Buying an RV lot

We r currently in Wellton AZ and have been thinking of buying a lot in an area where you are allowed 2 rv's per lot or 1 RV and one mobile home or stick built home. Just wondering if there are any similar areas in the outskirts of Phoenix.

    X2 on yuma. Nice 2 spot lots, all hook ups fully walled with brick fences and wrought-iron gates. Some have casitis from basic to very cool with sleeping and laundries. 60 to 90 k. Stayed last winter in one, a rental. Yuma is good but too many old people :)

    Don't know about Phoenix area but I know they have them in the Foothills just east of Yuma, AZ.

    Contact "The Texan" on the forum here. They looked at buying, but opted for winter renting instead. Been in the Wellton area for several years.
