Has anyone found an RV park with the following:
1. Located within 2 miles of beaches
2. Allows RV's up to 40' long
3. Lots for sale between $25,000 and $50,000
4. Can put Park Model (800 - 1200 sq. ft.) on your RV lot
Ideas?
Since you mention Venice, you might want to check the real estate market in nearby Englewood.
You can often find mobile homes (including the lot) in Alameda Isles for around your price. While you wouldn't be able to park you fifth wheel at your lot, they do have a RV storage lot on site.
They border Lemon Bay (which opens up to the Gulf of Mexico) and Alameda Isles has boat docks for residents.
You could also look at the mobile home park near Walmart south - you can sometimes find homes there (including the lot) for under $60,000. Some have room for a fifth wheel in the driveway.
Or if you want another solution - you can purchase older homes near Dearborn in Old Englewood for around $50,000. If you do that, you could park the fifth wheel in the driveway, live in or rent out the house.
Almost all of Englewood is less than three miles to Manasota Key beach.
I live in Englewood and my wife is a realtor here, so we keep up with what's available.
