Need to watch the 183 days. Go to snowbirds.org and download IRS form.
Basically to need to pass the Substantial Presence Test.
You can stay a total of 183 days for years 2013, 2012 and 2011.
You count all the days you stayed in 2013, 1/3 of the days in 2012 and 1/6 of days in 2011. The possible consequence is that you have to fill out the form if requested. I heard this year the border actually told some Canadians when they have to be home.
