I guess you might have a point there......as I have not had an account with every card issuer in the world.....but I have dealt with about 30 different ones over 40 years or so and every one of them DID.
Folks here have given you good reasons why it works that way....but you continue to be stubborn and ignore it ALL.
I propose that this whole thread should be deleted; it serves no useful purpose if you are going to ignore the facts presented and continue to spout garbage.
