They will not notify you of potential fraud via text unless you specifically tell them to do that (not everybody uses test messages) AND even if they do, they likely will ask you to CALL to confirm so they can ask you for additional identification.
What if......someone steals your wallet and your cell phone. They have your card AND the device upon which you will receive the text.
Stop being such an ass and just do what they request.....and tell them to do it differently in the future. But don't be surprised if the test asks you to call them.
