Chase Bank debit: Do you have any idea what you're doing?

If anyone wants to calm down long enough to read my question about why they let it go for months, that would be appreciated.

Not a problem here...I like that. I made a large purchase in Nashville (wayyyy away from home). I immediately got a text from Amex to just reply Y or N. I don't see why that's a problem.
