That is pretty weird.
During this same time period, they allowed $30,000 of online transfers - without question. They allowed a debit payment to their own credit card. They allowed wikipedia to take a monthly donation.
But I couldn't pay my electric bill..at a house not 10 miles from my home bank branch.
