Chase Bank debit: Do you have any idea what you're doing?

I can't say I'm impressed with Chase. I had a card number from them used fraudulently 2x.

I had never used the card anywhere. They changed the number the first time, then it happened again within 2 months. It was some folks that had their card schema down cold.

The second time I switched to a local credit union. Never had another issue. I was later told that Chase had to change their schema as it was clear it had been broken.
