That out of the way, I sorta do understand your frustration with the fraud detection system. I've had great experience with BOA who have very reliable models, at least for me. Never told them my travel plans, they just figured it out. And correctly too. And they also stopped multiple fraudulent charges, so they're not just approving everything.
Conversely Citi started texting me and phoning within minutes the first time I tried to fill the MH. I did not respond for quite some time because I had already filled up with a different card and was back on the road driving.
I want a bank that understand my patterns, not a nanny I have to report my movement to.
