much about nothing .. they contact you asking to call them Why? it doesn't matter, maybe they wanted to verify you were traveling and where etc. not everything can be done with texts . You ignored them and continued to attempt to use the card . they locked it down. your unhappy and change banks and warn us. All Good... I wont use Chase , I have and don't like them for other reasons. Your situation will never happen to me because I would call on the first decline and handle it . many others would do the same! Anyone who would react to the situation as you have .. well they have good info to avoid Chase ! Seems like all is good
