I use Chase and have never had a problem like this. But, I get an email notification of a secured message, I log into Chase and read it, then I call and resolve the issue. Takes about 5 minutes.
But, I suppose I could play the martyr and wait for them to call me and not have access to my money during that time.
Then I could blame Chase and transfer my accounts, re-establish my bill pays, etc., so that I don't have to deal with Chase's idiocy anymore.
Hmmm, 5 minutes of inconvenience to days of inconvenience and lots of extra work...
