Yes . This one in the North.
and this one in the South.
We are full timers but still work in the summer months. Gives us a place to call home in the summer. In the winter we travel but we like being able to come back to an anchor point. Many who own these type of lots rent them out when they are not using them. Offsets the HOA dues etc. Not for everyone but works for us.
