Well ... definition-wise ... I consider an "RV" as a vehicle intended for use along with, or as, a type of recreation that requires a movable living quarters.
So, living in an RV constantly mainly for reasons other than "recreating" in it is not "full time RV'ing" ... it's something else. Maybe "full time living in a movable home" would be a more accurate description.
We use our stick house for living purposes mainly other than "recreating". We use our RV for having fun that requires moving around to various spots while at the same time living at those spots ... in comfort.
