You chose the type of S&B you had. If it was that awful you should have sold sooner. BTW, we did have a house with a well that would have problems, went with gutter screens to keep leaves out, had the septic tank pumped, and a lot of other things. Doesn't mean we didn't have fun in it and didn't enjoy our years with each one of them. Would have sold if they had been so bad.
