DW and I have used Dr. Rubio for the last 4 or 5 years and have been very pleased with the results. She had implants, crowns, extractions, deep root cleaning ... what we had been told was about $50,000 worth of work here in the US she got done for $17,000 with him. There is a 3 year guarantee. At the end of that 3rd year, she had some pockets developing. We went to Rubio, he checked her out, agreed with what the stateside dentist had found and redid that portion of her work, changing from a bridge to individual implants, AND he did all this at no charge!!
