You can sign up with the Escapees' mail service now - without waiting. Their home base is in Livingston, TX, but they have recently established mail service in Florida. We did that several months before we "launched" and moved drivers' licenses, vehicle registration, etc., when we physically hit the road and finally made it to Texas.
