You have to have a state of domicile, investigate state taxes, and more. You need savings to cover the inevitable repairs. Have you made a realistic budget for fuel, food, campground fees, utilities if paying monthly rates, insurance, the RV note, etc? Replacing tires and other routine maintenance? Will have a dinghy? If you don't intend to move around much you will need one or it will be a real pain.
