Be prepared, you're going to have a great time. If, . . . . you start to think like a fair weather sissy. I don't mean that as a put down. Study the weather carefully and learn to avoid harsh conditions. RV's are much more fun when the weather is great and not extreme. Extremes of wind, snow, ice, rain, heat, cold, mud, rough roads, potholes, steep slopes, etc. are NOT your friend and WILL ruin your night/day. Sometimes it's impossible to avoid them but do your best to do so. Know your height limitations and turning radii clearances. Learn to conserve your resources. Plan well in advance and enjoy the adventure. Travel during the day if possible. Don't be in a hurry. If you don't like where your are for any reason, don't argue . . . just move asap.
