When it warms up a bit, you might want to spend a week or two in the forests at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. There is a bit of snow up there this time of year, but next month should be great!
Do you have solar panels? With those, you can stay a week or two in one location, and sightsee with the truck. I had a direct TV receiver on my motorhome, and would spend 3 weeks in one location - my 100 gallon fresh water tank provided daily showers for that time, then I would need to seek out a campground where I could dump and do laundry.
There are a couple of full hookup campgrounds outside Grand Canyon, or one at the north rim, and 4-5 in the south rim area.
Have fun camping!
Fred.
