We have a 2010 Winnebago Vista 32K. It's setup with bunks from the factory and "technically" sleeps 8 (you could but why)? We are just 2 people and ours was converted to have a Washer/dryer in the bunk area. Because it's supposedly setup for that many people the dinette is pretty large. It's likely that you can locate a used unit for not too much as a starter motorhome. The storage is pretty good too (not best, but doable for us full-timing). We're towing our Mini Cooper Roadster 4-down behind it (about 2600lbs. I think you'd be fine with your Jeep although it will weigh a bit more than we have.
