From Sticks and Bricks to Full Time RV - order of process?

Congrats to you on your decision to follow the dream you and your husband had.

We had already purchased our fifth-wheel. Put S&B up for sale, got contract on house, sold house almost immediately, closed about 6 weeks later. In the meantime, gave kids their first choice on "stuff", had 2 big yard sales. Then moved into RV, finished cleaning out S&B, closed on it... and haven't looked back. That was back in 2004. Yes, we closed and turned over keys in same day, too.
