Thanks so much for your prompt and helpful responses! I've been researching RV's for about a year and am pretty set on a class C between 22'-26'. I hope to find one 3-5 years old, but won't be in a rush to buy as I'm fortunate to have family in the area I can stay with until finding the right one for the right price.
In my area, checks are exchanged at closing so there is no danger of a loan falling through, etc. All of that is confirmed before the closing date.
I have limited experience full timing. I live in the deep south, camped my way north, then west, then south again. Came home, bought a shuttle bus and fixed it up for camping, then took off across the gulf and up the east coast. I'd love to do that again but S L O W L Y so I have time to smell the roses and get to know each area better.
