From Sticks and Bricks to Full Time RV - order of process?

The very first thing you do is call the kids and tell them to come get anything that was once theirs. Otherwise it is going in the dumpster or the estate auction. That is what my parents did to me. It was painful, but I found some things from my childhood that I treasure today. Then you ask if there is anything else of yours they want. I got some of the grandparents' stuff that I remembered from my childhood.
