Full-time in the Arizona heat

Has anyone stay full-time in an RV park in Arizona during the heat of the summer if so what did you do to stay comfortable?

  • Depends on where you are staying. We spent last summer (April thru September) in Prescott Valley and easily weathered it. It did get hot (95-100°) during July and August but our two A/Cs handled it well.

Have air conditioning, and lots of it. Be prepared to pay a pretty penny for electricity. An evaporative cooling system might also help.
  • well my brother inlaw lives down the road in tempe during the summer he doesn,t go out in the day time. but like any place cold or hot you get use to it.
