We were full-timers for awhile and your going to have more of an adjustment that the rest of us as you can't store a months groceries in an RV, nor should you need to as we pass grocery stores and some even camp at them overnight (WalMarts)
Yes, those little sinks are a pain and we made the mistake of putting a filter on the tap which made it worse. That is coming off as soon as the filter needs changed. But when I cook and plan meals, I think about those things. I bake in foil pans that I can toss if they get to cruddy. I make a lot of soups and salads, sandwiches and one pot meals. I use cast iron pans that you clean with paper towels to clean
I've never had a dishwasher so that has never been an issue.
