I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this. If you just can't do without a dishwasher and you don't buy a rig with one built in, you can add a portable one. We had a Vesta portable dishwasher for several years and it worked great. We were able to set it on top of the clothes washer, it had it's own water heater so just hooked it to the cold water. As to the freezer you can also add one of those in the basement, however, we haven't found the need for one. We have a pretty big Dometic 4 door frig/freezer and with good packing can get quite a bit in the freezer.
