Choose a different unit. I have a double sink with a full size basin on one side and a small bar type basin on the other. I am surprised anything big enough for full time living would have a doll house sized sink.

Agree with a previous poster, I cook and hubby washes the dished. But if you're willing to give up some cabinet space, you can install one of these:

Had a basement freezer but didn't use it. I prefer to shop more frequently and use fresh food. Hubby removed it last year and replaced it with a roll out tool chest.

If we are on the road, the WFs are few and far between, so we would need to buy in bulk...not for one month, but at least for a couple of weeks. You didn't ask about laundry but I have a stacker unit in the bathroom . Makes laundry on the road a breeze!
