The Millenicom setup is internet service only. If you can access the TV show you want to watch on the internet then you will be able to watch that show on your computer. You will likely eat up all of the available 20GB in short order (long before your month is over).
A sat. TV service is still the best option if you like to watch a few programs everyday. While the TV antennas can be a pain, there are automatic antennas available that alleviate that problem. Lastly, the portable TV antennas are unlikely to grow legs since they have nearly no value.
