Full Timers: Anyone make any home made bread or BakedGoods?

I love making my own bread and have never tried it in a camper but other than using a bit more propane I think I'm going to give it a shot? Nothing like the sweet smell of homemade bread in your rig ...

Non extra counter space or equipment needed bread technique. You can make it using most any heat form by reading the comments/notes at the NY Times. Sorry I have a new computer "toy" that came with no instructions so no idea now how to C + P on this thing yet.
Just goggle " Mark Bitman's no knead bread ".

Be sure not to Bern the bread; calibration as well as a like thinking community are your friend(s).
