There are many "mobile home parks" that will rent sites to RVs for those that are full-timing. If that is the case, you will need to winterize it by putting some underpinning underneath. You can do that using the metallic covered foam board and then a little bit of painting. A work light with a 100 watt bulb can keep the temps above freezing underneath, a pair of fuzzy socks and a good electric heater to supplement the furnace will be must-haves.
