I would think you could use the physical address of where you are parked. (Campground XYZ, space 25) This does not have to be your mailing address! Get a local PO box for mail. Most military campgrounds have stay limits, and those with long limits or that allow unlimited extensions probhit anything (like skiritng) that makes your rig appear permanent.
