More than once I’ve heard of prison escaped convicts being caught at a campground where they were hiding out. One such story was about 3-escaped convicts, who killed a guard during their escape, were found attending church services in West Texas, and they were staying at a nearby campground. But I also see the need to carry a weapon for wild animals when I’m boon docking.
Don’t ask, don’t tell, is very good advice. I also think getting a CCW permit from a State like Utah is wise. I lived in Colorado for many years and they had relaxed gun laws, and in Wyoming people have a love affair with their guns, wear them in public, and you can see long guns racked in the back window of pickup trucks.
So what do you folks think of Bear Spray?
