Buying the most expensive type of RV, and letting it sit for 11 years is plane crazy. A motor home is designed to go down the road, not sit in one spot for years. Besides at the end of that time that motor home would be worth exactly zero. Cost savings? No way. Last month I paid a little over 625 for space and electricity, plus another 69 dollars on propane. And we are in the very mild Willamette valley. In Colorado I could see you spending at least twice that trying to stay warm.
Not a smart idea. You would be far better off either getting out now and enjoying life or sell out and find a small apartment for the time being to live in. Putting everything you can into some form of savings. If the predictions are true, next year will be the start and 2015 we will see a crash in the economy the likes this country has never seen.
