In my humble opinion...
What you really need is a Fifth-Wheel toy hauler.
(no, they don't have to be big, and you don't have to have a big diesel truck)
Please - just here me out -
With a Fifth-Wheel, you only have one motor to maintain,
You can use the truck for errands, lots of power and room when you are on the go, also don't need to brake camp for some milk...
and this is the major plus: when you have a mechanical problem or big maintenance that need to be done - you don't need to give up your dwelling!!! (vs motorize RV)
if something happen to the truck, you can always rent/buy another vehicle!
Most Fifth-Wheel has a lot of CCC and are easier to tow, and also VERY spacious!
Fifth-Wheel depreciate LESS then motorize RV AND you can always trade it for what ever reason that will come up in the future (lemon, better layout, better quality and etc)
Also, Fifth-Wheel can TOW a second trailer like a boat or enclosed utility trailer.
