Don't know how old you are, or your health condition, but "Steps" may be a big factor in your choice. Maybe not now, but someday the body WILL break down and then the more steps you have, the harder it is JUST to live!
I'm now 59, almost 60, in good heath, and never gave a thought to anything. Last August I blew the cartilage in my right knee. Had surgery, and nothing but frustration ever since. Even getting in my truck is a challenge. I avoid steps at all costs now. But even with the travel trailer, the few that are there are a challenge to climb. I feel like a baby learning to walk all over again. Makes me glad I hava a TT with only 4 steps from the ground floor of the trailer. A 5er would have 8 or nine (4 on the door, and another 4 or 5 from one level to the other.
There again, if you are still in good health and steps are not an issue, then the choice is yours. If you experience any kind of leg, joint, knee, foot, ankle problems, you want as few steps as possible.
